What People Order Most
Before You Order
Is it safe to cut on an engraved board?
Yes. We recommend using the engraved side for display and serving, and the plain side for cutting. The engraving is shallow enough that it won't trap food, but it will wear over time with heavy knife use.
How should I care for my cutting board?
Apply food-grade mineral oil monthly. Never put it in the dishwasher or soak it in water. Dry it standing up so air circulates on both sides.
What finish do you use?
All cutting boards are finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax. No lacquer or polyurethane: everything that touches your food is completely food-safe.
